Muriel practices in the Corporate/Securities section, representing and advising publicly and privately held companies in a variety of business and commercial matters, including corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, equity, debt, and other public and private securities offerings. She advises clients on day-to-day issues related to general securities and corporate governance issues, SEC reporting requirements and other shareholder matters.
